Dear RWS.com Vendor Support Team,

We are on 03/25/2026 now, and I was sent an invitation to work as a Group Vendor for two different projects (Diamond & ECHO) with RWS.com. However, I am facing several unresolved issues:

- I cannot set up my receivables account with RWS.com.
- My @moravia.com email account is no longer working.
- My MNET account on my profile is one, while the new one, given by RWS.com, also has issues.

I submitted a request 5 days ago at trainai.zendesk.com about these same problems, but I have not received a single response until today. This is extremely frustrating. You keep sending me invitations to work on new projects and assessment tests, but how can I accept, take the assessment, get approved, and perform high-quality tasks with the uncertainty of whether I will be paid?

I am posting my frustration because I don’t know what else to do to get your attention. I am aware that I may not get a response, but hope dies last. I want to reinforce my willingness and availability to work with RWS.com on your projects. Please, find some time to help me resolve these issues.

Thank you.

Best regards,

  • Hi Sowmya Kuncha,

Thank you for the advice. I have actually already logged a formal ticket via Zendesk as my first course of action, though I am still waiting for a response from the official support team.

While I appreciate you stepping in to help, I find the current situation quite concerning. It seems to be a recurring pattern for vendors outside of North America and G7 countries to be pushed to complete assessments and perform tasks at a high level without any certainty that their payment accounts are properly configured.

It raises a serious question about the standard for international vendors: are we expected to continue performing without knowing exactly how or when we will be paid? One can't help but wonder if the focus is primarily on the currency exchange advantage of hiring in regions like mine, rather than ensuring a functional administrative setup for the people doing the work.

I value the opportunity to contribute to projects like MultiMango and ECHO, but the lack of transparency regarding the "receivable" side of the relationship is frustrating.

    Thanks again for the support!

    Best regards,

    Iroquês Medeiros - Brazil
