 How do you qualify "native"? for someone who grew up in a bilingual family, country?

 Native would mean mother tongue. Unless project-specific, we engage linguists that work into their mother tongue, ideally in their country of origin, but also other locations are accepted (and sometimes we precisely look for other locations due to project-specific reasons).
