On the career path slide we have the coordinator level role, so if there is a job at an early stage of your career you'd probably start there and we have taken graduates and people of a similar age into these sort of roles. Can you transfer to the role from being a translator? Absolutely! You'd have considerable experience and understanding by then... it sometimes requires a bit of a shift in mindset as you'll have all the sympathy with the translators and people working on the job. So you'll have to put yourself in the middle a but more and often be a bit tougher with translators than your instinct is telling you to, but otherwise it's absolutely fine.
