Problems activating my Trados license

I am writing with some unpleasant news: the problem has not been resolved. When I log in to my teacher's request to join and enter my username and password, I receive the same error (see first screenshot). However, I would like to add that perhaps it did not work because my teacher could only send the invitation last Sunday. He was unable to send it when I first wrote to you about the error because he was having problems with his email. Within 48 hours, I did not receive or accept the request. What should I do? Could you give me another 48 hours? My teacher and I have discussed it, and he is aware of the situation. If not, are there other options to resolve the issue?Trados error message stating 'Error activating user in the account' with instructions to log out and click the invitation link again or contact the inviter. Includes a 'Logout' link.
