Problems activating my Trados license

I am writing with some unpleasant news: the problem has not been resolved. When I log in to my teacher's request to join and enter my username and password, I receive the same error (see first screenshot). However, I would like to add that perhaps it did not work because my teacher could only send the invitation last Sunday. He was unable to send it when I first wrote to you about the error because he was having problems with his email. Within 48 hours, I did not receive or accept the request. What should I do? Could you give me another 48 hours? My teacher and I have discussed it, and he is aware of the situation. If not, are there other options to resolve the issue?Trados error message stating 'Error activating user in the account' with instructions to log out and click the invitation link again or contact the inviter. Includes a 'Logout' link.

  • I will explain what happened more clearly. At the university, we were given new email addresses, which we then used to replace the previous ones in our RWS accounts. Our teacher added these new addresses, and we received invitations to them. On that day, I encountered an error and wrote to you about it for the first time. I attached screenshots showing exactly what the error was. You replied that the teacher had 48 hours to remove me, add me to Trados Team, and send an invitation. I accepted the invitation. However, within the next 48 hours, my teacher did not send me an invitation because he was having problems with his email. He eventually solved the problem, but by that time, quite a bit of time had passed. He sent me an invitation, but the error remained the same.
