How to I update my SDL company account?

I'm taking over our company SDL account that a programmer setup for us. We have this MT Provider listed on the AppStore: http://appstore.sdl.com/app/slate-desktop-translation-provider/535/

I've been able to sign-in using the company's account and changed many account values. However, these updates are not showing in the AppStore. Also, I can't find a place to change values for URLs. I was able to disable the former employee's personal email account, but I would like to remove it altogether. Where can I change all these hidden values?

  • Hi Jeroen,

    The way it works is you make your changes and then submit them.  We are then notified you made changes and publish this to the store.  You cannot do this without us approving any change first.

    At the moment you can see the app record is incomplete and you can also see the submit button:

    So submit it, if you get any warnings then complete them and submit again. Then we will be notified and will publish it.  The current "published" state refers to the fact it is already on the app store.  The date is coincidental as it was originally published this time last year.

  • Same problem here. Changing the company details are not reflected in the AppStore website.

    In addition I don't see a function that allows to delete a published app from the appstore. How to get this done?

  • Apologies for the delays... I'm back from leave today and have just removed all your apps as requested.

    Changing the company details are not reflected in the AppStore website.

    If this still doesn't work when you submit your new apps we'll need to submit a ticket to have this change implemented through the backend.

  • Thanks Paul. I have one additional question: How to let potential users download my new plugin if they don't have the "supported product" in their own account? This is true for i.e. all Passolo Translator Editions that can be downloaded freely from the SDL website and that doesn't appear in SDL accounts.
