The way it works is you make your changes and then submit them.  We are then notified you made changes and publish this to the store.  You cannot do this without us approving any change first.

At the moment you can see the app record is incomplete and you can also see the submit button:

So submit it, if you get any warnings then complete them and submit again. Then we will be notified and will publish it.  The current "published" state refers to the fact it is already on the app store.  The date is coincidental as it was originally published this time last year.

Same problem here. Changing the company details are not reflected in the AppStore website.

In addition I don't see a function that allows to delete a published app from the appstore. How to get this done?

If this still doesn't work when you submit your new apps we'll need to submit a ticket to have this change implemented through the backend.

Thanks Paul. I have one additional question: How to let potential users download my new plugin if they don't have the "supported product" in their own account? This is true for i.e. all Passolo Translator Editions that can be downloaded freely from the SDL website and that doesn't appear in SDL accounts.

I'm afraid this isn't possible. If you add applications to this platform the whole idea is they are to be made available for licensed users of the software only. We don't make Passolo Translator Edition available through the appstore.

You can either simply host this on your own website, or perhaps make it available and we can add it to a KB article perhaps? And depending on what it is we may be able to make it available through sdltrados.com somewhere.

I have submitted a ticket as this isn't anything I can do ether.  Once the internal IT team get to this it will be changed.

Hello Paul, the company name was changed but the task is not complete. There is a link in the appstore that remained unchanged.

It would be good if the SDL business systems are better connected. I changed everything in my OOS account and thought that this will be sufficient. For weeks I now had to constantly chase SDL to do the changes.

If you check the box for support against the app you can probably change the details properly yourself.

But I'll log a ticket against this one for those developers who do not offer support.
