Multiterm TermBase access

We have problems with accessing TermBases (server based) in trados. Project has been created with API and published to groupshare. We have manually set the phase with assignment to a provider (translator) and when translator downloaded the project from groupshare he is not able to use TermBase even if we add him to a users of this termbase (we are talking about user "new"):

    As you describe it, it should work. I just looked at the server and user "new" is currently not added, I'm guessing your removed him for testing purposes?

    If you re-add him and it still doesn't work it would be good to get the full error message. You can get this by reproducing the error in SDL Studio and then sending the Log file.
    This can be found in File -> View Log file.

  • Yes, I am testing this so it has changed several times.
    I have question regarding API - is there a any way to add user to "Users" list? AFAIK adding user to this list will automatically add him to "Public" role to get read access to termbase.

    I have found this: http://producthelp.sdl.com/kb/Articles/4887.html but this seems not to work correctly - if I create project with user assigned to phase (user has a Multiterm guest role in groupshare) he is not able to use termbase in trados..
