Looking at your fiddler session, I can tell you that the problem is with your "CD" server configuration as the integration sequence is not even starting. I don't know what is the problem though, since the server hides "unnecessary" details for security reasons.
My initial suspicion lies with mis-configuration. Since you already mentioned that you have followed the proper instructions, I recommend to contact SDL support with whom you can troubleshoot together the steps and the contents of the files.
