We have a use case where we required to ai translate certain phrases with review and had to re-use them in the 2nd translation run where the same phrases were small parts of much larger texts, the same segments included among new, previously untranslated text.

To reduce the efforts for our reviewers we wanted to have these  segments included and locked and ask our reviewers to only check the non 100% locked matches to ignore those "less important" phrases.

Unfortunately the new texts contained sentences that were overlapping into the high fuzzy range and lead to high fuzzy matches that re-used the fragments and require a lot of rework now.

What would be great is to allow leveraging such marked segments only as CM or 100% matches but allow to exclude them from fuzzy matching entirely.

The current settings in pre-processing and penalties do not seem to allow configuring things for such use case.
