When creating a project in Trados Live Team, there's no option to allow merging segments across paragraphs in the project creation workflow. If you want to allow merging segments across paragraphs, you have to do it separately in the Studio project settings after creating the project. It would be helpful to have the option to allow merging right away when creating the project. Even better if the setting could also be pre-defined in the project template.
