Indeed, users can be given or taken the permission to export translation units from a TM by assigning a user to an appropriate role with/without the Translation Units > Export permission. The active permissions of a role or changing a role can be done on the Users > Roles & Permissions view. I am about to create a package for a freelancer and would like to restrict the export options it has from the TM.
I would basically just allow him to use the TM but not to export it under any form.
I know it is possible but I could not remember/find out where to restrict it
