Open Passolo Package while Passolo is already open

1. If I have opened the program Passolo 2015 and would like to open an lpu project or a tbulic file with a double click, 
I get the error message that the license information cannot be found. In this case, I need to drag the Passolo package or project to the 
Passolo program interface to open it or close the Passolo program and then I can open the project or package with a double click. 
This "break" when working is very annoying. From other programs I know that - even if the program itself is already open, 
I can nevertheless easily open another file in the same program with double-click.

  • If we have an lpu open and want to open another lpu from our file management system by double-clicking it, Passolo should not try to open another instance of Passolo but rather open the new lpu in the already opened Passolo application.

    I already contacted the support team concerning this issue. The support already closed my case and I have been told to post it here. The answer was as follows: "You can only start an instance of Passolo and double clicking a lpu would start a second one which is blocked by the license system.

    As workaround you can directly open the file from Passolo if you have an instance open."

    --> This is a really annoying fact that I face many times a day. It is like I already have Microsoft Word open as a program and I cannot open any Microsoft Word File by double-clicking but I have to pull it via drag and drop into the Word program to get it open.
