Add DeepL translation provider to Studio

Title says it all - it works so good for Polish, that we need it in Studio ASAP. But not as external plugin. :)

We are already in touch with the team behind DeepL, but the API first needs to be released and other factors considered. So this will likely take a while, but I agree we will look at integrating this very interesting MT provider as soon as we can.
