Add DeepL translation provider to Studio

Title says it all - it works so good for Polish, that we need it in Studio ASAP. But not as external plugin. :)

Tested that with GE-PL too, it is astonishing, how good some translations were. It would indeed be more than good to have it - it outboxes Google & Co. really.
