I often need to update the translation memories I receive and having a standalone app (e.g. similar to Glossary Converter) may be helpful.
There is insufficient interest in this idea and already the Glossary Converter. In addition, you can use PowerShell to do this if you have a Professional Licence where this is a trivial operation.
