Absence of notes and forbidden term fields from termbases

Notes and forbidden term fields from termbases are currently not displayed at all in the Lookup panel alongside terminology matches, so our translators in the online editor miss out on key context from our termbase.

Related: the "fold" (expanding section) in the Lookups panel is one more step of unnecessary friction and means our translators are more likely to miss prescribed and forbidden terms:
