With SDL Trados GroupShare 2020 (release in Oct. 2019) it's now possible to customize the dashboard, incl. the ability to move/rearrange the added panels.

Make SDL Trados GroupShare 2017 Dashboard items moveable

It would be nice to have the possibility to customize (moving/resizing items) the Dashboard view on the SDL Trados GroupShare WebUI.
