Hi!

It is currently not possible to add comments to a segment in use when concurrently editing a file. The segment is locked and can only be edited by one user.
It should be possible (such as in social media applications) to reply to specific comments and start a related thread (e.g. per segment) for better comment tracking.
Possibly, pre-configured answers (e.g. like/dislike function) for proposals in comments should be implemented.
Comments should be searchable or storable (not in the file itself) as well (e.g. by using keywords; especially when there many comments).

 
Right now, new comments have to be added (for the document; not a specific segment) in concurrent editing mode or existing comments have to be overwritten which is not ideal (e.g. tracking-wise).
