Ability to access the Online Editor during Preparation stage

It is currently not possible to access the online editor in the preparation stage. In my opinion it would make sense that the project manager can view and edit the file in the online editor before assigning the task to the translator/reviewer, detect possible issues such as poor segmentation, etc. and maybe make some changes or at least define if he/she needs to add notes.

    This is definitely an indispensable requirement because project managers must be able to prepare the source documents (eg. by locking some segments, ...) before they go to the translation phase. This is one of their main tasks and I cannot believe that the system does not address this issue.
