Dear Trados Team,
I wanted to share a suggestion regarding the use of custom filters in the Advanced Display Filter in Trados Studio. I have successfully created a filter using RegEx and have managed to save it as a settings file and import it into other projects. However, I have noticed that when the filter is cleared, it disappears and must be re-imported. Same applies to the other files in the project. So, I was wondering if there might be a way to save the *.sdladfsettings file to the project template in Trados Studio or make it readily available in some other manner. It would be very helpful if custom filters could be saved to the list of available filters in the drop-down menu. This would greatly enhance efficiency by eliminating the need to re-import filters for each file and could streamline the overall process.
I would appreciate it if you could consider this idea.
Best regards,
Nessma
