This is not a valid workaround in cases where you know you’ll need to use the .sdlxliff file for Perfect Match in the future. (Of course you could change the segment statuses back after updating the TM, but it’s not a viable process.)
Hi Jerzy, Yes, I know. I could also set the status to Not Translated or Draft. But I don't want to do this. I would like to see another option in the Update TM window that says "Locked". - This is a feature request. ;-)
Very often you're not allowed to touch the locked segments. If locked segments are confirmed or not confirmed it's quite tricky to change and then change back without overwrites or confusions (even with the help of segment actions plugin).
