Due date for single tasks (within a certain project)

Hi all,

It has just come to my attention there is no such feature as that allowing me to set a due date for a specific task within a certain project...

Apparently, due dates can only be set for entire projects, thus affecting the due date for all tasks within that project - which is something I don't want.

  • Absolutely on the same page with Alessio! While I might not have shouted it from the rooftops, I'd be absolutely thrilled if this could find its way into Trados 2021/2022. Just to give you a bit of context, I handle monthly projects where clients send me files every few days. To streamline things and set individual due dates, I'd love the ability to group them under the same project. It seems like a straightforward improvement, and it would save me a ton of time (currently, I create new projects for each batch). Fingers crossed for this fantastic enhancement! 

  • Even for simple tasks, this improvement would enable the translator to set one deadline for the translation, and a different deadline for validating the revised draft. Well suggested, Alessio! With best wishes, Adam Warren.
