Enable optional whitespace normalizing in IDML files

Changing the whitespacing in InDesign source documents leads to leverage loss. However, if the client is not willing to pay for the adjustment of the resulting high fuzzy matches, we confirm and lock them as they are, since the whitespacing is taken care of during DTP. However, confirming these means adding full matches to the TM which shouldn't really be full matches. After a while you may need to clean up in the Master TMs.

If there were an option to normalize whitespacing in the SDLXLIFF resulting from an IDML, similar to XML file types, the translators would have clean text to translate and the TM would remain clean and free of inconsistencies due to different whitespaces.
