We have this at document level (advanced display filter -> filter by document structure), but not TM level. Might be tricky at TM level as we don't store the document structure there, just the fact that this was a segment with a "Length Restriction". But could still be a good feature to show all TUs with such metadata attached.

Would it be possible to look for all segments in a TM that belonged to a particular structure in the source text, for instance, all tab names for Excel files?

These segments usually have a tag of length limit in red color so they are visually clear but when a TM is big, how can we filter to find all these tab names?
