Lieven Lannoo I know this is old, but still this feature would be incredibly useful for projects containing several files, as it could happen that you realize a term needed a different translation but you're already on the 10th file of the project. Opening each file separately takes a long time and is likely to freeze the program. A global filter or search and replace pointing to all instances where a word was used would be tremendously helpful, unless there is already a similar function that solves this?

Thank you. I didn't know about that. However, I still need to know which file the segment being edited is taken from. It would be nice to add such feature.

Hi Fausto, SDL Trados Studio allows you to open multiple files at the same time, which means that you can also perform search and replaces in multiple files. In fact, the display filter in the Review tab enables you to view and change only those segments containing the word(s) in question, which may be safer than applying global search and replaces.
