Minor bug/time waster: Studio does not prompt user to save changes on project termbase setup screen

Hi Folks,

This wasted a bit of time until I worked out what was going on:

  • Go to Project Settings
  • Go to Termbases
  • Make a change, like set one of these termbases to be the default
  • Studio shows this termbase now as default in the dialog
  • Close out the dialog without clicking OK

Result: you have not made that change.

I'd argue that it is standard for a program to prompt the user ANY time the user could lose an unsaved change by exiting some sort of dialog, so this should really be fixed.
