Hello  this is possible, but quite hidden - you need to check the box "Include subfolders" in Files view in the left-hand pane - this will give you all files from all folders and you should be able to open them all as one file.

Can you check this if it works for you?

Opening all file of the same project, regardless of their nesting

Recently I worked on a project with 2 levels of folder. While it was possible to open for translation all the files within the same folder, it was not possible to do it at a project level. 

When doing the QA it detected inconsistent translation across the files, but since they were in different folders I had to keep switching between file(s). 

Please make it possible to work on the entire project as a single file!
