I use Trados Studios 2022, and I have experienced an issue when exporting files to import the target files into the CRM (Adobe Workfront).
The files are created in Adobe Workfront, and have an encoding language (UTF-8) in uppercase. The DITA files generated in Workfront are then opened in Trados Studio 2022 for translation, with the project encoding language set to UTF-8. However, when the target files are exported the encoding language is automatically changed by Trados into lowercase (utf-8) which creates an error when importing back into the CRM and the files appear to be corrupted.
RWS Support suggested removing the encoding language altogether from the target file, but the CRM does not allow the files without the encoding language to be imported.
It would be great if Trados offered an option to keep the target file encoding language in uppercase for case-sensitive CRM.
