[Termbase] Add Background Color for the Terms having System Status: Preferred (Green) and System Status: Forbidden (Red)

I noticed that in the term recognition windows in the Online Editor, terms having the Status: Preferred are marked with a green block background color, and, terms having the Status: Forbidden are marked with a red block background color. This makes it much easier for users to tell one from another.

I hope this setting can be extended to the local Trados Studio.
