Several technical writers on my team have asked if Publication Manager could get a "dark mode" option.
It might be possible for Publication Manager to detect a "dark mode" theme as being set for Windows, and respond to it. (Currently, the only different in PM if you set Windows to dark mode is that the border of the window turns dark grey.)
