It is possible to customize styling for DITA elements using BehaviorConfig.xml, including <draft-comment>

Styling in Tridion Docs UI

In the Draft Space/Review Space UI, the <draft-comment> is generically styled. As draft comments are almost exclusively used for internal notes, it is confusing (particularly for SME review in Review Space) to see this text in the body of a topic. Styling <draft-comment> in the UI with a clear visual indicator that this is a unique element would significantly improve the user experience by providing clarity on its intended purpose and indicating that it is not exposed to end users.
