Draft Space offers only very basic, one-at-a-time, functionality for moving items around within the Outline. It would be great to have some richer features for moving items around, like drag and drop, selecting multiple items, etc.
With Docs 14SP4 release it is possible to move/drag/drops items in Draft Space Outline.
