Today you have to activate the Quality check manually every time you open Draft Space. This is something that the authors forget.
Can you please make it active by default?
When using TD15 draft space, one user edited the topic which user not have permission to do it, then draft show the notification " Unable to complete your request, you are not allowed to alter object GUID-xxxxxxxx-xxxxxxx ". but this user have authority…
Hi,
As described in https://www.fontoxml.com/wp-content/uploads/xmlprague-2017-proceedings-soft-validation-in-an-editor-environment.pdf can Draft Space be enhanced to support custom Schematron rules?

Ann
In DITA, a conref range is the ability to create a conref that specifies the beginning and end of a range of similar objects in a single conref call and pull in all those objects at once (which is much more efficient than pulling each one in individually…
Adding extra paragraphs within a list item <li> or definition <dd> is a common requirement. We can do this in desktop authoring tools but not in Draft Space, which is frustrating. Having an action button for inserting paragraphs would help a lot, and…
Users of (especially Review Space), but also Draft Space are requesting more modern methods of communicating with one another. While a continuous stream of emails whenever a comment is added is overkill, it would be nice if a user could decide that a…
Because our authors cannot edit, copy, and paste the XML code in Draft Spaces, our authors need to continue the process of checking out, editing in Oxygen, and checking in. The process could be streamlined if checking in and checking out were possible…
We understand that the highlighting color of text enclosed in the rev attribute can be changed so that a color other than gray is used, but that only one color can be used regardless of the rev attribute value. Our end users would like to have the highlighting…
Our end users would like to ensure that reviewers/authors can only edit the topics they are reviewing (topics for which they have received a link) and not other topics that are in Draft state in a target publication.
In Draft Space, text enclosed in the rev attribute appears in gray highlighting; however, no highlighting appears in Review Space. Our end users would like the highlighting to also appear in Review Space.
Review Space and Draft Space show the comments for the selected publication version only .
If comments have been added to a previous publication version, the authors and reviews cannot see them.
Please add a filter for version in Review Space and…
The Draft Online option does not allow users to select the language to edit the publication content. The Review Online option, however, does allow the language selection option for users to choose a language. The only way content authors can edit translated…
We make extensive use of youtube videos in our training material. We use "object" elements to define these videos and their attributes in the DITA XML. As it stands our browser-based authors cannot create these, at which point they have to either hand…
As Tridion Docs doesn't offer a Asset manager, and rely on their customers using a third party tool, I was like to suggest they offer url based image references to render in Draft/Review Spaces. We have been using AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) as our…
One common thing I try (unsuccessfully) to do is to view the XML source code in Draft Space and copy a GUID from there to allow myself to easily lookup a topic, for instance, using the built-in CM search functionality in Tridion Docs. Unfortunately, I…
The web client has a send all to status option. The same can be implemented in Draft Space to send all topics in the publication to a different status such as "To Be Reviewed" or "Released."
Hi folks,
I can find no spell checker in the SDL Draft Space interface. It also appears to block Grammarly, so my usual online workaround isn't available.
I'm just overlooking it, right? It's got to be here somewhere.
Cheers,
Jeff
Normally, there are scenarios where topics are created, without being associated with any map or publication. Traditionally, these topics can be built in a tool like Oxygen. However, there is no way to edit these topics in Draft Space, and there is no…
Draft Space does not allow editing markup directly, which can be very frustrating and problematic in some scenarios. For instance, when placeholder topicrefs are included in a map, they don't show up in Draft Space. It would be nice to be able to edit…
Draft Space offers only very basic, one-at-a-time, functionality for moving items around within the Outline. It would be great to have some richer features for moving items around, like drag and drop, selecting multiple items, etc.
