More statuses for comments in Review Space and Draft Space

Currently Review Space only has the option of "unresolved" and "resolved". In Adobe shared review, there is the option to mark a comment with more statuses. Can we add the following status options in Review Space and Draft Space?

  • Accepted
  • Rejected
  • Cancelled
  • Input needed

Icons with colors would also be helpful. E.g. something like this:

List of status options with icons: Accepted with thumbs up, Rejected with thumbs down, Cancelled with red X, and Input needed with question mark.

  • Hi Morten,

Not sure if this is what you look for, but we have have some more additional classifications under "Resolved", like this:

Filter comments section showing options for Resolution with checkboxes for Unresolved and Resolved, and additional options for Accept, Next Version, and Reject.

Resolving screen with a text box for Resolution comment, radio buttons for Accept, Next Version, and Reject, and buttons for Done and Cancel.

This can be configured. If you have Admin access, it is configured under the Settings tab:

System settings screen under Lists of Values tab showing Annotation resolution types with options Accept, Next Version, and Reject listed with their descriptions.

But good to test in  a test environment first I guess and perhaps talk to support and/or professional services?

As I understood from Kurt you can never remove an annotation type if it has ever been used, so that might
be good to consider before introducing new ones.
