Publication Manager Baseline View Newer Version that is released

It would be great to have an additional column in the Baseline View of the Publication Manager that shows whether or not a newer released version is available. The current column shows Yes/No regardless of whether the item is released or not. Sometimes it would be handy to only count released ones. This should be an addition, not a replacement as the current view also has its usecases.

    Could you provide a couple of examples where showing an indication that a new released version is available would trigger a baseline update, while simply showing a new version (is available) would not?

    If other voters can share their use cases, I would greatly appreciate your input as well.
