Every time we upgrade to a newer version of Tridion Docs, our users must uninstall the old version of the Publication Manager and install the newest version.
We send out emails to notify our users. We have about 1300 users and some users will not read the email and try to access Tridion Docs with the old version of Publication Manager. This can give strange errors.
Can you build a mechanism that notifies the users when Publication Manager starts up, that a new version is available?
This should be configurable by the customer, since not all your customers will upgrade at the same time
