We allowed selecting user or Group when next Activity is a manual activity

At this time we are not considering implementing functionality when the next activity is an automated one

Be able to select next group or user in the finish activity UI for workflow

In the Finish Activity Dialogue on workflow, be able to select the next user or group in the UI even if the next activity is not a manual activity.

Many of our transitions to next activity is not manual; it is automatic. We need to have the ability to still have selection of next activity selection of user or group to apply to the next manual activity no matter where that occurs.

Benefits: This will allow users to directly assign an activity to specific user(s) instead of having it be sent to a larger general group where the activity may not be relevant to most members of the group. This will make emails relevant to all recipients creating and improve read rates; therefore reducing the number of emails that are generated and go unread due to not being relevant to recipient.
