As of 2 Dec 2021, PMO can pull the latest Polyglot project status directly from within the Helix project. This feature can be used any time you notice the project status may be out of synch, or if a PO is not updated properly in Empower due to an incorrect project status. Updating the project status directly from Helix means you can self-serve rather than opening a Service Centre ticket.
How to use this feature?
In the Job Record in Helix, in Related Actions, there is a new item to Refresh Job From Mercury.
After clicking this new option, the following success message appears:
Please click Done then allow a few minutes for the update to take place.
