The project is in Mercury, but the project has gone to a different client division and cost code on Helix. Why?
All projects on Mercury are associated with a cost code. The cost code is then used when Mercury sends the project to Helix, Helix assigns the project to a client division based on the cost code received from Mercury. So, please check the cost code setting on Mercury via the Admin tab and correct it as necessary. If the cost code is correct on Mercury, but the project is still assigned to an incorrect cost code/client division on Helix, please contact the Mercury team via the Service Centre.
