I need to merge the multiple footnotes generating at the end of each page. Suppose, I have two footnotes on a particular page generating as shown below:
1. This is the first footnote.
2. This is the second footnote.
But now I want to merge these two footnotes to generate as:
1. This is the first footnote. 2. This is the second footnote.
Can anybody help me to achieve this output?

From your very short description, it sound like you might be talking about what sometimes is referred to as "biblical" style footnotes (i.e. horizontally stacked instead of vertically stacked).
If that's true, then there is an XPP-delivered sample that shows how this can be done: CLS_xyvision/GRP_comp/JOB_footnotes/DIV_a4-horiz
Take a look at it and see if that helps.
