Hi Manoj,
Could you please provide detail about what you have tried so far? Having some context will be helpful so others can provide some guidance.
Hi Sharon,
I am using old indexing. When I have refreshed new data then Indexing with new data is not coming properly. For mine, PDF have 147 page but it is showing indexing for 133 pages. It seems indexing data is old. It is not showing indexing. I tried to compose , merge etc to find proper indexing. But I have not got any success. XPP tool is new for me. I am not much familiar with it.
Thanks
Hi Manoj,
If you added new content (coded with index extraction xymacros) and aren't getting the new info, it sounds like your new content was new DIVs, as opposed to updating existing DIVs. If so, you need to add an entry for each new DIV to the document assembly ticket for the JOB, as Type "main" and Citi field set to "yes."
If you added content do existing DIVs but don't get expected Index entries after running CITI, then you new content probably hasn't been coded with extraction xymacros.
