Unable to generate dotted rule in tables

Hi Everybody,

I need to generate the dotted rules in the tables and when I try to change the Style of Standard and Exception rules from option available in T3 specs from solid to dot11 or dot12 or any other option, then it is not allowing to compose and prompting the below error:
Error message dialog box with the text 'Cannot display page, Save changes and exit' and an 'OK' button.

Can anybody help me to generate the dotted lines.
