Hello. We recently installed XPP 9.7 on two Linux servers. On one server, I am unable to view job tickets. When I try I get this message:
"Cannot access default x2t file"
The other server works fine.
Anyone have an idea of what file I should look for on the server that has this issue?

Just doing a quick search there should be a file in Lsyslib - however it should also be in xylibrary/Lsyslib.
It should therefore be on the other server.

Hi, Chris. Thank you for the reply. I checked Lsyslib and xylibrary/Lsyslib - file _x2t_default.p is present in both. In fact, both of our servers actually mount everything under sd_liz to the same Isilon storage area so what is on one is on the other. That aside, I also looked under ${XYV_EXECS} (which for us is /opt/xyvision/xz) as well as one level up (/opt/xyvision) and found a number of xt2* files under ${XYV_EXECS}/xz/sys/cnv. I saw that the files on the "bad" server had restricted permissions so I opened them up, but the problem persists. I'll keep looking for other areas but it would be nice to know the exact location XPP is trying to find the file. I even ran sdedit on the job ticket from the command line but it just brings up the same error screen without a return of the error message to the command line. Anyways, probably more than you wanted to hear. I'll keep at it. Thanks, again, for your message.
Hi, Chris. I got it working. I had to recopy all directories under /opt/xyvision from the good to the bad server and that did the trick. I am not sure what specific file was missing but the mass copy must've included it. So, all is now well. Your reply was enough of a hint to get me thinking about the general area that needed updating so I am grateful for your help.
