You will have to contact RWS.
This is not a question of migrating but re-installing the XPP software.
You will need at the very least the media for Red Hat plus a new license file.

Hi Paresh,
Bart is correct and thank you for opening a support case. XPP version 8.4 is now retired so our recommendation is to upgrade to the latest XPP version. Fully supported XPP versions are 9.6.3, 9.7, and 9.8.
For all versions, the Platform Requirements will tell you what version of Red Hat XPP has been tested and qualified with. If you decide to install on a Linux version other than what is in the platform requirements document, we cannot guarantee the software will work as expected due to operating system changes.
The full installation manual is included in the documentation zip that was sent by support which should answer the questions you had regarding the installation procedure.
