I suggest you start by reading item 1.4 in the XPP 9.3.0 Release Notes (PDF); just use the combo-box to change "XPP 9.6" to "SDL XPP 9.3"and then find the (core) Release Notes under individual downloads.

That item in the release notes makes reference to the Managing XPP manual, where the feature(s) are documented (in any version of this manual from XPP 9.3 and on).

How about changing the default value to "No" of the confirm box when deleting a division/job?

This request of yours has nothing to do with the original post/thread (which was about overriding/superseding Pathfinder menus, but not the behavior of the existing functions) and is posted in the wrong place, too.

If you want to ask for an RFE of this kind, I suggest you open up a new post on the XPP Ideas forum (community.rws.com/.../ideas-xpp) where it can be voted on, as it will not get any proper visibility here.

Unless you just want to completely override the existing "delete" behavior with your own "before" Perl script that does exactly what you want (as far as UI and doing the delete) and then returns the appropriate value to stop PathFinder from executing its built-in behavior.
