Hi Markus,
In Contenta Explorer, under Tools - Options - Editors, do you have a PDF reader defined? That is one thing you will need. The message you received says there is a group policy that is blocking the function, that may also be the case. Your IT people can tell you if that is the case.

Thank you very much for your reply.
Yes, I have already added Adobe Acrobat in Contenta Explorer under Tools - Options - Editors.
Also, I checked the Windows Group Policy settings, nothing is disabled there.
I also couldn't find anything in the registry editor that could cause this error message.
Do I have to configure anything else in Contenta Explorer under Tools - Extras - Preferences and/or Registry Settings?
