ok - are you translating this in Trados Studio or just by dropping the file into Language Weaver interface at https://portal.languageweaver.com/ ?

If it's in Studio can you share a screenshot of the translated segments in Studio? Even better can you share the file?

We are translating this  by dropping the file into Language Weaver interface at https://portal.languageweaver.com/. 

If we check the codes the link is still there even after translation but once it displayed in the front end. The link does not show or not clickable at all indicating that there are no links. 

I can't attach screenshot here it's seems I am not allowed to do so. Thanks for the help in advance.

Yes you can.  Either copy/paste (fastest and easiest method) or save the image on your computer and then use the "Insert" button.

I have not noticed links disappearing in our HTML content but I've see the links being misplaced when using the LanguageWeaver portal.

For example

• Visit our Community at Our brand community and search for other users who are experiencing the same problem.
• Rendez-vous sur la page Our brand Community de la communauté Sophos et recherchez d’autres utilisateurs qui le sont rencontrer le même problème

Do you mean when copy pasting a sentence like this into here?

I don't think this can be expected to work if that's what you meant?

I tested this and don't have the problem with my small test file.  So I think a test file from you is going to be essential here.

It's happening when dragging and dropping the HTML file in the portal. It does not happen when you use the LanguageWeaver plugin in Trados though. I don't want to hijack this thread so I think i'll raise the issue with support unless you want to have a look at it.

No... it's not one for me and since I cannot reproduce this in the portal with my html test file I think it must be file specific.  Support is a good idea :-)

thanks for trying to reproduce the issue. I have reached out to Mae directly and received a sample file. It looks like the issue is specific to certain segments and links only. I will post a general response when I have more information.
