Login to Language Weaver portal failed

Good morning,
I can't log in to portal.languageweaver.com with my RWS ID.
I receive the message:
“You are not allowed to login to Language Weaver. Please use another account or contact your Language Weaver administrator.”

I just bought Trados Studio Freelance subscription and Language Weaver Starter.

I have tried to follow all instruction videos and forum suggestions  I have found but it seems that there is an issue with my credentials.

    Yesterday, we did not have your Language Weaver user account ready and that is why you could not log in. Your user account was created today on January 22. You should have received a welcome email with instructions on setting up your Language Weaver password. Once you have the password, you will be able to log in. Can you please try again and let me know if the issue persists?
