Hi all,
I upgrade SDL Trados Studio 2019 to 2021.
After upgrade, Business Manager Lite activation not working.
I clicked activation button (right to "Option" button, green shield "V" icon), there is no response.
I paid to buy Business Manager Lite, but in 2021 manager only works in demo version 
I also returned Business Manager key, so in my account it is "Available" statys,
delete and reinstall Business Manager or reinstall Trados Studio also no use.
Please help me solve this problem.

You updated Studio and TBM Lite to latest versions and Activate button does not work?? I just tested, and it works on my side.
My SDL Trados version is 21 v.2 but my TBM Lite is version 19. Do I have to buy an upgrade of the TBM to work with Trados 2021????
There are separate versions for Studio 2019 and 2021, which can be downloaded from App store page:
https://appstore.sdl.com/language/app/sdl-trados-business-manager-lite/985/
When you click Download, you can select for which Studio version you're downloading.
Hi Eugene, thanks for your support. Unfortunately your solution and others don't work. I had my BM Lite 5 installed in Trados Studio freelance plus 2019 but after upgrading to Studio 2021 RS2, in December 21, BM Lite 5 does not appear in the latter although I removed it from Studio 19. I removed BM5 from my PC and followed all the steps in the link you gave me but no result... Any other idea??? I don´t want to upgrade to MB6 as I bought BM5 only a couple of years ago and have not even had the time to work with it and learn all the features ...

I don't understand the problem, sorry. You had Lite and Studio 2019 - it worked. After you've got Studio 2021, all you need is to download TBM Lite for Studio 2021 from the AppStore page I provided above. You install it in Studio 2021, and it works, you don't need to purchace anything additionally. From your answer, I didn't understand if you went to the mentioned page, if you downloaded version for Studio 2021 and tried to install it or not. There couldn't be other ideas - just install right version, use your license code and it will work.
After installing version for Studio 2021, please check that plugin exists in the following folder:
c:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Roaming\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\16\Plugins\Packages
Could it be that you just have problems installing plugins?

I upgraded to 2021 and downloaded BM Lite 5.3.1 following the procedure in the link but something must go wrong because it does not appear in the 16/plugins/packages.
Maybe you are right and I just have problems installing plugins. Anyway, when I try to download version for Studio 21, I can only choose version for 2019 because version for 2021 is faded away.

When I go to the app store page and click Download, I have this selection:
If you say that you downloaded 5.3.1, then definitely you have selected version for Studio 2019, so you can't install it for 2021.
Please download right version, and installation dialog will select correct Studio version:
Thanks Eugene. It's done and it works now on Trados 21, but I am still confused as this version says it is a trial version... other previous subscribers had the same comment and that is why I did not install this version until now. I hope it will not give me problems after the trial period....

I'm not sure, but maybe you can try to deactivate license in 2019, and then activate it in 2021. Maybe something was changed in the licensing mechanism, and license didn't automatically move to TBM Lite 2021.

It will! Because in unlicensed mode the app won't allow you to create more than certain number of invoices/projects.
